Our Simple Policy

RidePartner charges a nominal ₹1 fee only for connecting two individuals — the ride seeker and the ride provider. This fee is solely for the connection service and not for the ride itself.

Since this is a minimal fee and the connection service is fulfilled instantly, we do not offer any cancellations or refunds.

Why No Refunds?

• Instant Delivery: As soon as the connection is established, our service is considered fully delivered.
• Nominal Fee: The ₹1 charge is a symbolic amount that supports platform operations and discourages spam.
• No Involvement in Ride Payments: RidePartner does not handle or interfere in any ride payments or transactions between users.
